Construction Update: 85% Complete and On Schedule

We're proud to share that MYG Nathiagali has reached 85% completion and remains firmly on schedule for 2026 delivery.

Here's what's been accomplished: Grey structure fully completed and verified. UPVC double glazed windows installed throughout all units. AIVE premium tiles laid across all apartments. 1 high-speed elevator installed and operational.

The remaining work focuses on final interior finishing, fixture installation, and commissioning. Our construction partner Ali, with 15+ years of experience building famous projects across Pakistan, continues to oversee every detail with rigorous quality standards.

Every apartment features GROHE fittings, genuine Diyaar wood doors, and AIVE premium tiles — with servant room and dedicated parking included as standard.
